How We Work: Ways to Engage

Hands-On Implementation

We work through your prioritized action plan in two-week sprints with your team, until the changes are running in your business. The engagement runs at least six months, and you can stop after the first month if it is not working.

Why It Matters

A six-month plan is a set of hypotheses until deals test them

The Momentum Sprint ends with a prioritized action plan, each item carrying an owner and a success measure. Six months is what it takes to work through all of it, put the changes in front of real buyers, and correct course on the answers the market gives back.

We run it in two-week sprints. Each sprint decides which items come next, what your team does, and what we do, so the order stays adjustable while nothing quietly slips. If the first month shows this is not working for you, you stop there.

  • Every sprint ends with something in use

That can be a discovery guide your team runs, stages with exit criteria in your CRM, an outreach sequence, or a business case a champion has presented.

  • Two weeks is a unit you can protect

Short enough to fit the slots already in your calendar, long enough to finish something that reaches a buyer. Flexilbe enought to decide what comes next.

  • Your buyers correct the plan

Each change goes into real conversations in the same sprint, so an outreach sequence or a customer profile that does not hold up agaist the targets corrects fast instead of at the end of the quarter.

  • The rhythm stays when we leave

Sprint planning, the weekly check-in, and the deal review become your operating rhythm. After six months your team runs them without us in the room.

What You Get

A working sales approach to reach your revenue goals

Your value architecture settles who you target, why they buy, and what proves it. The positioning and messaging that follow become the shared language for your product, your marketing, and your AI tools. Website, outreach, sales stages, qualification, the operating rhythm, and the people strategy then compound on that foundation. Each element below carries a framework that already worked elsewhere.

Align on Value

The foundation everything else is built on

  1. Value Architecture

Who buys, why they buy, what proves it

  2. Pricing, ROI & Business Case

What the buyer gains, how they defend it

  3. Competitive Analysis

Where you win, and where to walk away

Create the Engine

How buyers find you, and how deals get won

  1. Messaging & Positioning

How buyers find you and what they remember

  2. Sales Motion

How deals move from first call to close

  3. Deal Qualification

Which deals are real, and what proves it

Turn on Scale

What keeps it running as the team grows

  1. GTM & Pipeline

How you reach buyers beyond your own network

  2. Operating Rhythm

    Forecasts, reviews, and learning loops

  3. People Strategy

Who runs this motion as the team grows

Which of them get built out depends on where your company stands. A founder-led team usually needs the foundation and a repeatable sales motion first, while a team with a working motion and an empty calendar starts at pipeline generation and the operating rhythm. Your individual action plan determines what we need to focus on. See what each element covers.

Two Modes

We advise where your team has to repeat it, and we execute where capacity is missing

At the start of the engagement we walk through the action plan and set the mode for every item: advisor or operator. Each sprint plan then turns that into names, so the work has an owner on your side and on ours before it starts. Deciding this up front prevents the two ways this work usually fails: a consultant who builds everything and leaves nothing behind, or a coach who explains a framework to a team with no capacity to apply it.

Advisor

Your team owns the work, and we review, coach, and correct. This is the default for everything your team has to repeat without us.

  • Sit in on a live discovery call and debrief it the same day
  • Review a business case before it reaches the economic buyer
  • Coach your first sales hire through their first own deal
  • Challenge the forecast against the exit criteria, deal by deal

Operator

We produce the artifact, hand it over, and your team takes it from there. This is for work that needs to be done once instead of becoming a team skill.

  • Write the initial value architecture out of your calls, deals, and customer proof
  • Build the sales stages and exit criteria in your CRM
  • Draft the structure for the website, the sales deck, and the case studies
  • Set up the AI skills for account research, meeting prep, and follow-ups

What We Need From You

This works when the person who decides is in the room

Hands-On Implementation starts from a prioritized action plan, which most teams get from the Momentum Sprint. If you already have a plan you trust, bring it to the call and we work from that one.

  • 90 minutes at the start of each sprint for planning, with the founder or the revenue owner in the room. A delegate cannot commit the sprint.

  • Agreed amount of hours a week of your team’s own working time. Each sprint is cut to fit that, not the other way around.

  • Half a day per quarter to re-cut the plan, and the monthly step review folded into whichever sprint review it lands on.

  • Access to relevant data, your call recordings, and the channel your team already uses, so the work happens where the work is.

  • Quick decisions, and openness to changing how you work today. Some changes need a few adjustments before they pay off, and others take pushing through the discomfort the first few times, like asking the budget question in the first call. A change you agree to only counts once it is running.

Six months is the default engagement length. You can cancel after the first month if it does not work out, and extend in three-month increments if it does.

Package & Price

However long it takes us, the monthly fee stays the same

Every implementation starts with the Momentum Sprint, so we understand where your revenue gets stuck before we change anything. The action plan that comes out of it decides what each sprint takes on, which is what keeps the six months efficient. Teams that finish them often keep a smaller arrangement afterwards for deal reviews, a quarterly plan re-cut, or coaching a new hire.
